The event at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya is scheduled to be staged from 7 to 9 May 2021, subject to the renewal of the agreement.

The FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO DE ESPAÑA 2021 has already a date on the provisional Formula 1 Calendar. In the year of its 30th anniversary, Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, will be host to the premier class of car racing from 7 to 9 May 2021, subject to the renewal of the agreement.
According to the provisional 2021 calendar published by Formula 1 this morning, and which has yet to be approved by the FIA World Council, the Spanish Grand Prix will be the fifth round of the FIA Formula 1 World Championship, in a season that will consist of 23 Grands Prix.
Only a few weeks before the end of the 2020 season, which is being successfully run thanks to a strict plan of safety and health measures, Formula 1 is looking forward to getting back to a normality level in the 2021 season.
