The Pit Walk for the 2025 FORMULA 1 ARAMCO GRAND PRIX OF SPAIN is now available

Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya is facing a month of preparations to welcome the World Championship caravan for the FORMULA 1 ARAMCO GRAN PREMIO DE ESPAÑA 2025. The world championship track is gradually revealing details, starting with one of the activities most appreciated by the public, the Pit Walk.

What is it and when does it take place?

The traditional Pit Lane walkabout, which allows visitors to see the FIA Formula 1 World Championship garages up close and meet some of the best drivers in the world, will take place on Grand Prix-Thursday. Specifically, it will be on 29 May from 5.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. As was the case last year, there will also be a capacity limit of 3,000 attendees this year.

How to attend (free tickets)

To ensure the smooth running of the event and the safety of everyone at the sports venue, the Circuit will once again implement a system whereby Pit Walk tickets must be purchased from the racetrack’s ticket portal. These tickets will be available from 7 May at 10 a.m.

Ticket download procedure

This operation is free of charge and will be carried out by entering the barcode number of the Grand Prix tickets (not the purchase reference) as the promotional code. Circuit Members will use their complete ID card number, letters included, as a promotional code.

Virtual waiting room and queue

In order to manage the potential demand, the Circuit will set up a virtual waiting room one hour before the tickets go on sale. On 7 May at 9 a.m., all those interested will be able to access the ticket portal and enter the waiting room until 10 a.m., when the virtual queue for the Pit Walk event will open. Once the 3,000 tickets have been allocated, the portal will not allow users to continue with the procedure.

Requirements for the activity

Fans who do not have a Pit Walk ticket, despite having a ticket for the FORMULA 1 ARAMCO GRAN PREMIO DE ESPAÑA 2025, will not be able to access the venue to participate in the activity.

Access to the Pit Walk

Access will be through Gate 3 (car park H2, former IN6 behind the Main Grandstand). The entrance to the activity will be through the track gate located between Grandstands J and K. From there, there will be a walk to the Pit Lane of the Circuit. The Pit Walk will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The Pit Lane will begin to be evacuated at 7 p.m.
