width=&#8221;5\/6&#8243; offset=&#8221;vc_col-lg-9 vc_col-md-10 vc_col-sm-offset-0 vc_col-xs-offset-1 vc_col-xs-10&#8243;]<time class=\"date vpxs-0-m\" datetime=\"17-04-2021\">17 April 2021<\/time>[vc_column_text]The FORMULA 1 ARAMCO GRAN PREMIO DE ESPA\u00d1A 2021 will be staged on 7, 8 and 9 May behind closed doors, within the framework of the public health measures for the containment of the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>PROCICAT (the Catalan Civil Protection Office) has notified Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, that the Grand Prix cannot be staged under the conditions defined in the Spectator Access Protocol, as the current regulations in terms of public health for the containment of the epidemic outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic (SLT\/971\/2021 of 8 April 2021) are effective until 26 April.<\/p>\n<p>Under these conditions, it is impossible to establish with absolute certainty whether or not the epidemic and welfare situation on 7, 8 and 9 May will allow for a further relaxation of the measures that do also restrict mobility at county level, which consequently would hinder fans from outside the Vall\u00e8s Oriental region from coming to the racetrack.\u00a0Moreover, following the communication of the Departments of the Interior and Health of the Catalan Government, neither the epidemiological situation, nor, especially, the situation in hospitals allow expecting right now a review of the current measures or a relevant liberalisation, considering that the dates of the Grand Prix are quite close. Given this situation, the Circuit Management has proceeded to notify Formula One Management Limited that the FORMULA 1 ARAMCO GRAN PREMIO DE ESPA\u00d1A 2021 will have to be staged without spectator attendance.<\/p>\n<p>Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya will refund all fans already holding a ticket for the FORMULA 1 ARAMCO GRAN PREMIO DE ESPA\u00d1A 2021 and compensate proportionally all Circuit Members.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Version fran\u00e7aise:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le FORMULA 1 ARAMCO GRAN PREMIO DE ESPA\u00d1A 2021 (GRAND PRIX D\u2019ESPAGNE 2021 DE FORMULE 1) sera disput\u00e9 les 7,8 et 9 mai sans public, dans le cadre des mesures de sant\u00e9 publique pour le freinage de la pand\u00e9mie provoqu\u00e9e par la COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>Le PROCICAT a inform\u00e9 le Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya que la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration du Grand Prix ne pourra se faire dans les conditions pr\u00e9vues par le protocole d&#8217;acc\u00e8s au public, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que la R\u00e9solution concernant les mesures en termes de sant\u00e9 publique pour le freinage de la flamb\u00e9e \u00e9pid\u00e9mique de la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 (la SLT\/971\/2021 du 8 avril) actuellement en vigueur le restera jusqu\u2019au 26 avril.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ces conditions, il est donc impossible de d\u00e9terminer avec certitude si les 7, 8 et 9 mai, la situation \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique et d\u2019assistance permettront d\u2019aller vers un assouplissement des mesures, lesquelles restreignent \u00e9galement la mobilit\u00e9 au niveau r\u00e9gional et qui, par cons\u00e9quent, rendraient irr\u00e9alisable le d\u00e9placement des fans venant de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de la comarque de Vall\u00e8s Oriental.\u00a0Par ailleurs, selon les informations communiqu\u00e9es par les d\u00e9partements de l\u2019Int\u00e9rieur et de la Sant\u00e9 du <em>Govern<\/em> de la Generalitat, \u00e0 l\u2019heure actuelle, ni la situation \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique ni la situation dans les h\u00f4pitaux plus particuli\u00e8rement, permettent de pr\u00e9voir une r\u00e9vision des mesures en vigueur ou une lib\u00e9ralisation cons\u00e9quente de ces derni\u00e8res, tenant compte de l\u2019approche des dates de c\u00e9l\u00e9bration du Grand Prix.
