Tickets for the Catalunya WorldSBK Round 2022 on sale

The Catalan round of the World Superbike Championship (WorldSBK) offers a wide range of tickets. In addition, in 2022 the Superbikes will also ride at the Circuit during a pre-season test open to the public on 26 March.

The Catalunya WorldSBK Round is once again a reality for thousands of motorcycling fans, who as of today can purchase their tickets to attend the event to be held at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya from 23 to 25 September.

Fans will be able to witness live the eighth round of the 2022 World Superbike Championship with a full field of categories: Superbike, Supersport and Supersport 300. All of them will complete up to seven races spread over Saturday and Sunday, a show worth seeing. In addition, riders of the calibre of the new champion Toprak Razgatlıoğlu or Jonathan Rea will not miss the event, as well as the Spaniard Álvaro Bautista in the year of his return to Ducati and Scott Redding, who will make his BMW debut. In addition, 2022 will be the WorldSBK debut for Valencian rider Iker Lecuona after his time in MotoGP, and Catalan Xavier Vierge, coming from Moto2, both with the official Honda HRC team.

In addition, this 2022, the Superbikes will also ride at the Circuit during a pre-season test (Barcelona SBK Test) open to the public on Saturday 26 March.

Types of tickets for the Catalunya WorldSBK Round

The third edition of the Catalan round has, as usual, a very diverse range of tickets to suit all tastes to enjoy the motorcycling event in a completely personalised way.

  • 3-Day-Tickets

The 3-day-tickets (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) also provide access to the paddock. This type of ticket is available from €59.90 (adult rate) and €29.95 (junior rate).

In addition to paddock access, buyers can add other activities to their 3-day-ticket, such as the Saturday Pit Walk; the Saturday Parade Lap; or the Sunday Pit Walk.

The most complete package is the Full Experience, which includes access to the paddock, the Pit Walk and the Parade Lap. This package is priced at €74.90.

All 3-day-tickets include free admission to the Barcelona SBK Test on 26 March.

  • 1-Day-Tickets

Depending on availability, fans can also purchase single day tickets: Friday (€19.90), Saturday (€39.90) and Sunday (€39.90).

They can add paddock access, or paddock and Pit Walk access, as well as the Parade Lap to these tickets.

The tickets are not numbered and the open grandstands will be those in the Stadium area (Grandstands B, G and C), together with the Main Grandstand. The available prices are Adult (+17 years), Junior (from 8 to 16 years) and Children (from 0 to 7 years), whose access is free of charge. In addition, Youth Card holders a 15% discount.

Barcelona SBK Test

Next Saturday 26 March, practically all the World Superbike teams will carry out a test day at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. This is the only pre-season test that will be open to the public before the start of the 2022 season in April.

All those who wish to attend the tests held at the Circuit will be able to purchase a ticket for €19.90. Purchasers of 3-day-tickets for the Catalunya WorldSBK Round will also receive free access to these pre-season tests.

Attendees will be able to walk around the paddock and watch the action from the VIP Grandstand, as well as find official WorldSBK merchandise. Some of the pits will be open to the public to follow everything that happens in the pit lane from this emblematic location. Access will be through gate 3 and parking will be in car park In6 (behind the main grandstand).
