This world championship event is staged in closed circuits, with top level drivers at the wheel of compact, high-performance vehicles with more than 600 HP: the highest acceleration power in the world, even more than in Formula 1. It combines top level competition with the participation of former rally and road-racing drivers with recognised international prestige.
The Circuit will host the seventh round of the new Rallycross World Championship calendar, even though it was initially scheduled as the opening event For the occasion, the Circuit will prepare its special RX layout, made up of 60% tarmac and 40% gravel, with a total of 1,135 m.
