Ticket Terms |
As a condition of entry to the Event, Spectators agree to the following conditions:
1) Spectators may not make, create, store, record or transmit any kind of sound recording, visual footage, audio-visual footage, information or other data. Equipment that may enable Spectators to do the aforementioned acts is not permitted. Personal electronic devices including still image cameras, mobile telephones and other personal communications devices are permitted provided that any images, films recordings or data that are created, recorded or stored thereon are used for personal, private and non commercial use only.
2) On request, Spectators must assign in writing all copyright and all other intellectual property rights in any images, films or recordings made at the Event to Formula One Administration Limited (FOA) and agree that any of them shall not be used for any form of public advertisement, display, commercial gain or for any other purpose without FOA's prior written consent, except for private enjoyment.
3) Spectators may be filmed or sound recorded for broadcast or similar transmission.
