In accordance with the Spanish Data Protection Act, Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December 1999, the details supplied are stored in a computer file under the responsibility of Circuit de Catalunya, S.L., with registered address at Mas "La Moreneta", Ap. de Correus 27, 08160 Montmeló (Barcelona), the purpose of which is to handle relations with the said interested parties and provide them with information about leisure activities as well as carrying out promotional, advertising and commercial activities, to which end the interested party's details may be passed on to cooperating companies and/or third parties. At this same address they may exercise their right to access, correct and/or delete the data by sending a written, signed application to this effect, including their personal details.
